6 Week Weight Loss Plan

What's Included?

The plan is split into two sections, 'Cardiovascular Machines' and 'HIIT for Weight Loss' (Home and Gym Based). Both sections are 6 Weeks long which gives the plan a total length of 12 Weeks (3 Months). I strongly advise you to start with the 'HIIT' section first if you want fast results.

This plan also includes 6 pages of Nutritional Recommendations/Advice & 3 pages of Lifestyle advice.

There is a tutorial video where I demonstrate how to perform all the exercises properly & safely.

Lastly, you will be invited to a group with every other member that has purchased the plan.
