The plan has 2 sections, 1 section being specifically for women that wish to target their Glutes and Legs only. The other section has 6 weeks worth of exercises for the Legs, Chest, Arms, Shoulders and Back.

There are also tips for each muscle group and training systems to help you get the most out of each muscle. Also, there is a page with full explanations of some fitness terminology for those that may not understand.

Lastly, there are pages with food recommendations and calorie advice for those that may be unsure of what to eat or how much. I have also recommended a mass gainer for those looking to get bigger and put on some size.
