What's Included?

The plan is split into three sections, 'Breakfast', 'Lunch' & 'Dinner'. Each section has 6 meal ideas. (If you do not wish to consume any particular meal or would rather a specific food be replaced then do so at your wishes).


All the meals have detailed recipes and step-by-step cooking instructions for you to follow. There are also images illustrating each step so you are confident in how your dish is turning out whilst preparing it. (However, do not be too discouraged if it doesn't look picture-perfect, as long as it's cooked safely that's all that matters!)

Lastly, I have included detailed information about various supplements & vitamins for those that are curious or are looking for extra assistance in terms of their nutritional goals. There is also information regarding calories and much more!
