What's Included?

The plan has 2 sections, 1 section includes exercises solely on an exercise mat that works your abdominal muscles. The 2nd section is more advanced as it includes hanging abdominal exercises on a pull-up bar with a mix of exercises from the 1st section.

 

There are also tips for reducing belly fat. I have also included my top tips to get the most out of the exercises in both sections which will be very helpful to you.

Lastly, there are pages with food recommendations if you are just completely lost and don't even know where to start in terms of what to eat and drink.
